Doug Smith
VP of Human Resources
Doug Smith is a 20-year FELLERS veteran. Beginning his career as VP of Operations, Doug played an instrumental role in opening our first satellite facility in Elk Grove Village, IL in 1992. Doug maintained his Operations VP role until Fellers operated approximately 30 facilities nationwide. Doug has worked in virtually every department throughout his time at FELLERS and is now VP of Human Resources.
Eddie Prince
Recruiting and Development - Sales
Eddie began his FELLERS career in 1987 in production. In 1990 he was hired as FELLERS' first inside sales rep and eventually became customer service manager and account support manager for the northeast region. While working in account management Eddie recruited and trained the inside sales staff and was responsible for the inbound phone system and disaster recovery. Eddie was the customer service lead on system improvements to inbound phone traffic and real-time order processing. Due to rapid company growth, he began recruiting full time in 2004 and is currently responsible for national inside and outside sales recruiting.
